We work with agents, teams and brokerages ON their business so they can work IN their business! Our coaching program consists of an initial consultation for discovery, and then programming that is customized to our client's needs. Typically this is 2 sessions per month with check-in calls as needed.

Susan's strengths bring broad experience inside and outside the real estate industry. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker, has owned and operated her own real estate brokerage in Utah, and was the Division Sales Manager for Meritage Homes in Arizona. Along with her expertise in real estate, Susan has a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Denver, enhancing her ability to guide, coach and lead her clients.
